Skating skills 15. Choctaws.

Our last video description from skating skills series will be about choctaws. Choctaw is considered a difficult step and awarded by judges in your step sequence and transitions by achieving a higher score. While performing a choctaw skater changes three things at the same time:

- edge between outside and inside

-direction of movement between forward and backward

-direction of movement between clockwise and counterclockwise.

That is why choctaw is so difficult!

Here is the order of exercises:

1) Choctaw with FI edges

2) Choctaw with BO edges

3) Backward crossover, BO-FI-BO choctaw, power pull

4) FO-BI choctaw, power pull

5) FI-BO choctaw, BO rocker, cross behind into FI edge

6) Choctaw combination with outside and inside rockers

7) FI-BO Choctaw, BO counter, power pull

8) BO-FI choctaw, FI counter, power pull

9) FO-BI choctaw, double BI three-turn

10) FO rocker, choctaw, BO three-turn

11) FO-BI choctaw, power pull, cross in front, BO counter

12) FO rocker, choctaw, FI-FO power pull

13) FI counter, BI-BO power pull, choctaw
